I had a great experience with this seller! Communication was efficient and pleasant. The item shipped quickly and arrived well-packaged. The purse is prettier in-person compared to the listing photos and is high quality. I highly recommend this seller and would buy again in the future!

Very flimsy quality for the price. Although I requested, seller didn't combine shipping. Item arrived late.

We regret to hear the buyer was not pleased. We are just a small business helping promote Thai crafts. We priced our items very reasonably, and did as stated in the listing. The buyer bought this and another item thru Best offer, each at a price $1 lower than listed. We shipped early, and sent it out on weekend. Delivery delay was not in our control. We opened a formal request and USPS helped us resolve it promptly. We do not discount combined shipments; we already provide FREE shipping.

I contacted seller but no response. I requested combined shipping for two items to same address. Ignored. Quality of item is so flimsy and not worth the price.
