Skip it unless your original battery is totally shot.
After initial full charge of this battery, my laptop indicated a life of over 7 hours. A few weeks later, the battery life is closer to 4 hours, which is about the same as the 3 year old one I'm removing. It's not worth buying any of these replacement batteries if yours still has life left in it beyond a few minutes.

Buy your own modem and save 8 bucks a month.
I replaced my rented modem from Comcast with this one. I did have to contact Comcast via online chat to get them to initialize the modem on their end so that it would work.
The whole thing took maybe a half hour, and Comcast was good enough to send a UPS call tag to send back their modem.
