Had repeatedly asked why the seller could not ship to NC. Said it was due to restrictions. Wanted another address instead. I don't live in another state so how could I have it shipped elsewhere. Asked to cancel the order and then the seller updated to say the item had shipped but will not send me the tracking number. Poor Customer Service and poor communication. No where on the page does it say that the ship to address for the state I live in has a restriction! I want my money back!
