I ended up having to go in for major knee surgery April 1st. These boots sold on April 4th. I usually get my items out on the same day or the next day and I pride myself in that. I sent the patient customer a $10 refund due to the wait and I felt so bad for making them wait. I truly hope they enjoy their item.
