Ebay's service was great, the shipping from the vendor was fine, but the phones are less than stellar. I suspect these are sold off as an obsolete model. The characters on the screen are small and hard to read in low light situations, the storage ability of only 50 phone numbers is very inferior to our old set of Panasonic phones which could store 150 numbers. The 3 volt systems don't hold a charge well, either. Very disappointing.

Exactly as described, packaged well for shipping, quick arrival. These handsets were in new condition and were so easy to pair with my base set. Plug in, wait 30 minutes, push the "find handset" button on the base unit, done!
