The box used for shipping was too big and I was charged 11Kg for a 14" laptop, as a customer am not impressed with the seller I made a loss

As I have explained to you numerous times, we are under no obligation to pack items to a certain weight or dimension on the Global Shipping Program. Our aim is to package securely so items are safe in transit. What your second courier charges is down to them not us. I have escalated this to eBay

Neither laptop as described, posted back and eBay had to refund me via a case as seller didnt. Avoid. Total waste of time.

As discussed one laptop was faulty and we immediately apologised, took it back and refunded as requested. You falsely claimed the other item was incorrect which it was not. However, we took this back and refunded at your request as a goodwill gesture. This feedback is unfair and I have escalated to eBay.
