Please contact us regarding this. Buyer has not contacted us regarding a problem (though this was noted in the ad). Buyers should reach out to the seller to give them an opportunity to take care of situations. These are used parts and this display was noted in the ad with what the buyer states is wrong.

Battery did not work correctly with my Mid-2012 MacBook Pro even though the battery was the correct model number. Bought a used oem battery instead and it worked fine. Wasted money.

Purchased 2 months ago and never emailed us that there was a problem. We take care of our customers when there is an issue (check our feedback). In the future give your seller an opportunity to take care of an issue, they usually will, we do!
