  I gave seller positive feedback, but after I used this mop ONE TIME, the head came off and would not stay affixed even after trying to repair. I notified the seller--never got a response

  Everything was fine it shipped well it’s just that it’s a defective design issue with the mop handle.I love The mop sponge, the sponge part is great but the handle and the grip thing at the end/top of the handle is not good. It doesn’t go on far enough so it’s only covering it an inch so when you’re using it,when you grab it, it bends and comes off -push on harder it broke, it cracked, So now it doesn’t stay on -and the long handle adjusts But loosens up-flimsy, bendy hard to use
