2 of the 4 glass mugs were unusable due to sharp chip on rim and long crack on above the handle. All 4 mugs were dirty plus muds and shipping box had heavy cigarette smoke odor. Smell disappeared after washing the mugs. I immediately discarded the box. A little more effort before shipping would have avoided these issues.

Item damage, which was ONLY on ONE glass, was described and pictured. We don't clean items as customers always prefer to clean items themselves. We offered a return but clearly the huge discount we gave on the item, was the only thing they couldn't complain about.
