Good DVD, well explained, easy to do part of a workout
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I found this DVD very good, the instructor is very clear about what he wants you to do and it is demonstrated by 2 models, one male, one female and one of them has severe back pain and the other only mild back pain so the instructor shows alternatives depending on how painful your back is.
The whole routine takes about 45 minutes, but it is split up into about 15-20 chapters so it is fairly easy to do only part of the routine if you want.
The production is a bit clunky, but most of the time you are just listening to the guy so it doesn't matter.
I've found this one of the best exercise DVDs I've tried.

Good bit of kit for the price
For the price I think this is an excellent bit of kit. When the drum is empty it is very lightweight and I don't think anyone would have a problem lifting it empty. Then simply fill with water and you have a 30kg roller. It seems most lawn care people advise against rolling lawns nowadays as it compacts the soil so I may even empty half the water out to make it lighter still when the lawn is established. At the moment I am preparing a site so it is perfect for that.
My only niggle is that I think the scraper bar is too far from the roller and you can get a 'snowball' effect where rolling over sticky soil which just gets more and more stuck to the roller. I modified mine and fitted an extra scraper bar much closer to the roller. You could do the same by just clamping a bit of wood to the existing scraper if you don't fancy a bit of metalwork.

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This was the first cartridge I had fitted to my printer since new. It came extremely well sealed and packaged and took about 15 seconds to fit. Literally opened the flap, pulled out the old cartridge, put in new cartridge, closed flap and that was it.
The printer started working within seconds and the print quality seems exactly the same as before.
Very pleased with this, a fraction of the cost of a genuine cartridge but performs exactly the same.
