Listing said one day handling, but 16 days and I'm still waiting. I should've probably read all their negative reviews before making my purchase. It's 2024 and e-commerce is established and commonplace, but these clowns can't even run an ebay store. It would be great if ebay paid attention and introduced consequences for consistently poor performing sellers like this. Makes you wonder how they survive.

As expected, a new item. Seller comms were not great, but they did communicate to some extent so things could have been worse. Did not turn up on time. After prompting, all I got was a "sorry, we will chase up with Australia post" but as the item was not flagged as posted nor was there a tracking number, this is possibly specious. After opening a case, the item did turn up, about a week late, no explanation, but it did turn up so there's that. Item as expected, packing good.
