I offered this unhappy gentleman his money back if he wished to return the item. I was willing to pay his return costs, too. I asked him in which way the item was not as advertised but, he chose to leave a negative instead. It is so unfair as I go the extra mile for my customers, whom I cherish. I even put a Law of Attraction gift in his parcel and said he could keep it even if he returned the item. Hopefully, anybody reading this will know that I did my very best. Blessings.
