Faulty product… company unwilling to examine the item, rather made a host of excuses and insinuations about me causing the problem…. I’d never use this company again.

The buyer confirmed the strap was in perfect condition when he received it. In his first email, he admitted to getting the strap wet. Upon being informed that the alligator strap was in fact not waterproof, he changed his story. He also admitted to not using the Panerai tubes that are required with this particular Luminor model. The buyer wanted a full refund outside of our 30 day return window. We tried to help the best we could given the situation, but sadly there was no resolution.
