Valve body had an issue was able to get a local transmission shop to fix it but never got core refunded

You never contacted us about your issue, we provide free tech support, we never heard from you Are we supposed to read your mind? By the way, by having a 3rd party work on the valve body you have voided your warranty. We were going to refund your core, but maybe we won't. We have informed all customers that since Covid we are 12 people doing the job of 30, so core processing may take 30-40 days. So tired of dealing with people that do not communicate and cannot read.
