I paid the price for a new and sealed item, so this was quite disappointing. (I also did write about the partial refund but did not heard back.) At this point, I’m still unsure whether any pieces are missing. As far as I know, Ravensburger does not offer support for missing pieces in such cases, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Seller communication was good & friendly.
