  Hair has been sent damaged by packaging (birch metallic cord wound too tight) the first response was they use SILK to tie them up🙄, the next response was to heat up with a straightener(that instantly damages keratin bonds) and the ash blonde colour they have made it hasn't grabbed well at all, looks like tiger striped and cannot be dyed so can't be corrected. Then told me to buy elsewhere and don't use the hair if you dont like it. I have been installing hair extensions for 15 years. Very rude

  You complain during the conversation that you can't dye it. This is clearly documented in the conversation. After learning that Indian hair cannot be dyed because it removes hair scales. Look for packing rope as an excuse to cover up your mistake. We are working hard to help you with every problem. And only if you return the hair to us. We are willing to refund. But you became angry. Is this how an unprofessional hairdresser like you solves the problem? We would be happy to have no further inter
