The item was advertised as new and I paid for a new. However, the box had been opened, there were fingerprints on the screen and it was clear the item was not new (there was a mark at the back side). I cannot be bothered to send it back, since it works, but this should not be the case, as none can guarantee to me any defect that will appear or that I will notice later is not due to its previous use.

Dear Sir I can ensure you that all are items are new and unused. But because there was some issues with this specific items we have to open each one and test. This is the reason for our DATAGR mark on the box. Please accept our apologies for any trouble. If you wish we can replace asap with another unboxed.
