  Arrived eventually, Very very slow, Says 1 to 2 day delivery but sends with Evri. Packaged in just a plastic mail bag and arrives dented, but took so long to arrive i had to use it. Communication was slow, unhelpful and rude, I will never use this seller again

  Very good service: item resonably priced; carefully packaged and sent promptly with full tracking. Item received earlier this afternoon. Note: the photograph given with the product-description shows a small part of the ducting in its compacted form (approximately 30 cm in length); and, that is how it is shipped. The ducting can be carefully stretched out in length - also mentioned in the product description - to about 1 metre.
