    Received a broken watch that is visibly in good condition but wont work at all. Took to multiple watch stores to try to get battery switched out (as seller said the battery would be the only issue possible) all tried to replace battery and didn't work. Had to get it serviced as seller still wouldn't do return. I'm gonna have to pay more than just the original purchase price.

    As the watch was Brand New I asked that it be taken to a shop convenient to Isabella with the understanding that I would call to pay for Diagnosis and Repair. My last communication with Isabella was yesterday to make sure they knew I had called. Isabella then told me that the watch was still in queue to get looked at. They HAVE NOT paid for anything beyond the watch. Their feedback confirms that they misrepresent the truth which is why I wanted the watch looked at by a 3rd party to begin with.
