I recently purchased a solar panel from this company and I'm thoroughly impressed with both the product and their customer service. The solar panel arrived within the suggested timeframe as promised. When I unpacked it, I noticed the carry case had a damaged zip. I messaged the seller about the issue, and I was amazed by their response time - they replied straight away! Even better, they sent out a replacement case the very next day.

I emailed the seller and they confirmed that the item had been posted the day after I paid for it. They provided a tracking number which showed that it hadn't even been posted to me! I've just checked and it still hasn't been shown as posted or delivered though one of them has been installed. It's a poor show. I purchased 2 more transformers in case these didn't turn up. Comms was good from the seller but the courier service was abysmal.
