Not as good as the other two that I have. It's missing the up and down oscillation. When turning it on it always starts on low speed and in fixed mode rather than start at the speed that it was last left on and the mode that it was last left on.

New. In the factory packaging. Complete. Even has the heavy mounting screws to attached to studs in the wall. Haven't installed it yet but played with it enough to know its gonna work fine. I chose this lock over similar because it completely encases all the fire controls. Not sure if will, but seriously considering storing where all that's left to do is pull the trigger. I safely could with this lock.
