You charged my card unauthorized. You had given me an item and its clearly written by you that you had given it to me. You also advertised the ring as 14kt gold which it WAS NOT! This ring is Sterling Silver 925 with a good colored material over it. Poor quality Shipping was very lengthy & communication has been just terrible. I’m now in touch with the Fraud dept.
