  Although the shipping was delayed due to external factors outside their control, they are an amazing seller to purchase from and I would buy from them again. For starters, they were communicative about the issues with the package, and reshipped it when the first one was lost. The package came perfectly in good condition, it was priced well, quality is good, and it looks exactly like in the photos. The limbus code worked like a charm, and the bookmark is perfect. Would buy from them again.

  Package was delivered much earlier than expected, a welcome surprise. The item came in well protected with bubble wrap, and was exactly as described. Throughout the whole payment process, the seller was very communicative, offering many options in shipment while giving insight concerning recent changes from US policies. Overall, an excellent and professional seller, would recommend to others!

  Received the official product in new condition as described. Packaging was also very well done, secured with cardboard and bubble wrap so nothing broke. The seller also contacted me after I bought the item with more information about the tracking/shipping and common problems that could occur. There were no issues regarding shipping, and the item was received in a timely manner. :)

  The seller was so great with communication, especially with the changing tariff situation. The items arrived in perfect condition and were well packaged. They are so soft and cute and great price for the items, which came from overseas/we could not find it in the US. Would definitely recommend this seller and would buy again if we need anything else! Considering it shipped from overseas, it arrived pretty quickly!

  Excellent communication and did ship very quickly. Even with a major time difference the seller was fast to respond to messages. Item is as described and was packaged well. FedEx was such a headache and lost my package but seller was very quickly to help open a ticket a work to find it! Highly recommend this store to anyone. Pleasure to purchase from!
