Royal Mail messed up and have routed item to Edinburgh, I let the seller know. They just quote that it’s been delivered rather than check the actual tracking. No apologies we’ll check nothing. Want to support a charity but won’t support this one in future. Still don’t have the item and unless RM make this right a case will be opened.
