  Arrived from Amazon which was confusing. The hinge was twisted and there's a long cut mark across the bottom. Probably won't do this again. I was ok with used but didn't expect this much damage. I can buy directly from Amazon and receive it quicker.

  Showed up in to small of a box and was damaged. Took picture to prove damage. Was told to ship back for full refund which I would have to pay shipping or get a $5 refund and try the fishing pole and see if it would still work. Not very happy.
