  The book that was shown was not the book that I received. Nonetheless, when I informed the seller that it wasn't the item they advertised-/they were more than willing to make it right. Since they didn't have another copy of the title I was expecting, they promptly issued an apology; and refund full refund. I really appreciated the speed at which they were willing to make things right with this transaction. I will definitely not hesitate to do business with them again. Thank You!

  Book arrived as described, packed inside a cardboard envelope which I like because it protects the corners from damage in transit. Great price and arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. I value book sellers who package this way to ensure the books arrive safely, will bookmark you guys for future book purchases.

  The 1st UK hardcover edition of "The Iron Jackal" by Chris Wooding is close to as pictured & described. The book arrived quickly. The book was a bit banged up since it was mailed in a plastic bag. I'd pay extra if they would use a book mailer. Maybe make it an option? The book is still in decent shape, but not as good as it was before shipment. It was a pretty good deal, though. Packaging options would be nice, though. Seller Recommended with the caveat to be aware of flimsy packaging.

  The wrapping was a little torn, but the book was in great condition, item arrived as described In the future I would use a wrapping paper or a thicker envelope that wasn't paper thin. pretty fast on shipping, good communicator
