  The item was said to arrive Sep 6 which as noted only came yesterday. I was rather disappointed as it was a birthday gift so the expected arrival time turned out to be completely false, therefore another purchase had to be made to make up for this one. Considering I paid $13 for shipping, I would have assumed it would have arrived at the estimated delivery time but apparently not. Rather unfortunate.

  im sorry you feel this way ! i ship USPS from canada with a forwarding service, from canada to California is quite far. I shipped the day you paid once i drop it with the post its out of my hands how long it takes to arrive ! The holiday also slowed down the mail! Ebay makes guesses as to when they think items will arrive i never promised any dates that was ebay guessing! it cost more than $13 to ship to Cali actually double that but i never asked for any more money i covered myself
