This item took five days more than expected to arrive, simply because ebay allows sellers to deceive customers by saying something has shipped, when it is allowed to sit at the warehouse for days. An item is only shipped when it actually LEAVES the facility. I like the DVD but something needs to be done about deceptive delivery times. If you think it will take 11 days, just say so, don't make people wait.
