Complaints
If the purchased goods turn out to have manufacturing defects, please follow the following complaint procedure:
1. Contact me to clarify the situation +48796611351 or shop@woodenloft.eu
2. Send, at your own expense (the Store does not accept any shipments returned on delivery.) the product you want to make a complaint, attaching a written statement in which you describe the detailed reasons for the complaint about the product, as well as the return address, contact details and account number, for which the refund will be made (depending on the decision made by the store).
3. Within 14 days of receiving the shipment, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone about the result of the complaint procedure.
4. If the complaint is considered positively, within 7 business days from the date of making the decision, we will compensate you for the costs incurred by: repairing the complained product, sending a new product, offering a different product from the store s offer or refunding your money.
5. If the complaint is deemed unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification of the decision and within 14 days the store will send the goods back to the customer by cash on delivery at the customer s expense (the fee is according to the shipping cost list).
 
The consumer has the right to demand a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, unless the store immediately and without excessive inconvenience to the customer replaces the defective product with a defect-free one or removes the defect. This limitation does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired or the store has not replaced the product with a defect-free one or removed the defect. A warranty complaint is considered within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the Seller does not respond to the Customer s requests within 14 days, it means that the Seller considers the requests to be justified.
