In the end I have settled for a working one and a sometimes working one 😆 got to use a screw driver to prise the spine bolt inside the unit . Overall seller was decent enough but the actual product is not great !

I'm leaving a positive review, but perhaps the seller might consider using better packaging on these types of items in the future.
