1. These terms and conditions apply to all goods supplied by Cult Football LTD

2. These conditions do affect customer’s rights or the supplier’s statutory rights relating to defective goods.

RETURNS

3. Buyers have the right to change their mind on any eBay purchase. Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

4. Although we do our best to accurately picture and describe the condition of each item accordingly, we do accept that very rarely mistakes can be made in the item listing, therefore we accept returns for any defective or damaged item.

SHIRTS

5. The shirts that are stated as match issue / match worn are done so to the best of our knowledge.

Each Shirt is stated as either a new, official re-issue or used vintage pre-owned item and this is described in the item listing specifications and condition guidelines.

6. A large number of the shirts sold by Cult Football are in vintage, pre worn condition and can be 20-30 years old. We advise you follow our aftercare advice acknowledging washing policy for each shirt and also those that have a name set included. Cult Football cannot be held responsible for any general wear and tear or damage to the shirt following use and washing mistakes made by the customer.

7. Please follow our aftercare advice in order to keep the sponsor and name sets on the shirts for as long as possible.

8. Printed Shirts - Cult Football works closely with the original print supplier for many Club and international teams from the last 20/30 years. With this relationship we are able to source original & official prints that in the past weren't available at the time to the public commercially.

Whilst we try to use official name & numbers when we can, sometimes it is no longer possible to access certain sets, therefore we use re-produced prints to match up to the best of our ability to bring our customers the best finishing touch available.

BOOTS

9. New, pre-worn and classic boots sold by Cult Football can be in vintage condition. Playing and using the boots is at the buyer's discretion. Cult Football cannot be held responsible for any damage to the boot after purchase.

10. When purchasing pre-worn Football boots, the buyer is accepting the condition of the item, and understands it is not in new condition..

POSTAGE

11. All orders will be dispatched within 1 day of purchase.

For all UK orders we use as standard ROYAL MAIL 1st Class Signed For with an estimated delivery within 1 to 3 working days. There is also an option for Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed. Both these services will require a signature from the customer.

For International orders we use Royal Mail International Track & Signed for the vast majority of countries worldwide and Royal Mail International Signed For where the Tracked service isn't available. Please check the Royal Mail website for further tracking details.

At a customers request can can also offer an alternative express services, please get in touch to arrange a quote.
