- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receipt of cleared payment unless agreed in advance unless stated in the listing as a different timeframe. Some custom/personalised orders will exceed this timeframe

- The estimated delivery dates on this advert are provided by eBay, not ourselves. These are estimates and NOT guaranteed delivery dates
- Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class items approx one working day after posting and 3-5 working days after posting for 2nd class. These are not guaranteed delivery times and can sometimes take longer, which is out of our control.
- It is important for all buyers to ensure you provide us with the full correct delivery address. We ship our items to the addresses we are notified of when the order comes through to us. Please double check the delivery address before confirming your order. If your order comes back to us as undeliverable/item not signed for/not collected/address not correct etc we will cancel the order on return and issue a refund unless agreed in advance (buyer pays postage for us to resend)

- We reserve the right to amend the shipping carrier on occasion where required due to the value/weight of your order. This may include the item being sent directly from our supplier due to logistics.

- Order can be returned/exchanged up to 30 days after the goods are delivered but we must be notified IN WRITING during this time via eBay message if you wish to return the item. (Personalised items excluded)
- DO NOT send your item back without contacting us in advance to authorise the return.
- We will not accept returns/exchange after this timeframe has passed.
- Buyer pays return shipping cost on any exchanges or returns unless agreed in advance.
- Please obtain proof of posting for your records as you will need to upload this if item is lost in transit on return for refund.
- Item must be sent back unworn/unused in the condition it was received in - NO make up/perfume marks. IT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN/USED. Do NOT send your item back screwed up.
- We have the right to refuse to accept the return if the item is in any way soiled or not returned in the condition the item was initially sent to the customer.
- Underwear returns are not accepted once packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges will not be posted until original item is received back to ourselves. All goods will be fully inspected on return.
- Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted on personalised/bespoke/customised items unless faulty or an error made by ourselves at the time of receipt.
- If your international order is returned to the United Kingdom, we will refund you the value of your item only. NOT the international shipping cost or your return shipping cost. If the international item is shipped by the Global Shipping Program, Pitney Bowes will NOT refund the original shipping cost to you. Please complete the returns customs label as 'no commercial value', merchandise return as we are not liable for customs charges on returns. If we are charged for these due to customs not being completed correctly, we we debit these charges from your refund.
- In the event of any claims, this agreement of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and each party agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
