The original package is delayed or lost in the mail. I reached out to the buyer when I didn't see any tracking information showing the package was moving through the system. I promptly sent out another pair of the shorts (also NWT) and the buyer received those, yet still gave negative feedback. I purchased three pairs of the shorts and sent a second pair so the buyer would have them for when he needed them.
