Deliveries require a person present to take receipt and where applicable, facilities to unload. Re-delivery (should no one be there to accept the original attempt) will be charged to the buyer.
 
All goods are checked before they are dispatched, PLEASE check your item upon delivery BEFORE signing as transport companies will not be held responsible for damaged items after they have been signed for.

WARRANTIES:
We offer a 12 Month Return to Base warranty (for parts & labour against defective manufacture) on all NEW products
 
This does not include wearable/consumable parts such as blades, rolls, gears etc; or any part deemed by WNS to be a wearable part of the machine that would naturally breakdown through intended use. If the machine sustains accidental damage whilst in your ownership the warranty will become void.
 
In the unlikely event of there being a manufacturing fault we will supply the replacement part for the machine, carry out repair, or replace the machine entirely; whichever WNS deems the appropriate action to take. Using any of our products at a higher capacity as intended will invalidate any warranties.
 
Please note that we do not recommend the use of plasma cut material, as this can result in serious damage and will invalidate any warranty. All our advertised capacities are based on Rollforming quality mild steel, unless stated otherwise.
