You can even switch on the XLR phantom power for connecting professional condenser microphones in order to create particularly exceptional sound. With this 8-track device, you can plug your electric guitar and other instruments into the 2.0 USB jack for your convenience. Alternately, you can use the analog RCA line outputs and the headphone out with the S/PDIF line output. The DP-01FX also has a multieffects processor for adding effects to an instrument during recording. It also features a reverb processor for adding effects during the mix as well. You can control effects and returns, such as the pan, effects send, and high and low equalizer. This Portastudio features a stereo master track for recording a mix, and each channel has a 45mm volume fader. Digital recording becomes simple with this device’s LCD display that shows meters, editing settings and location points. You can even capture playback with MIDI cords so that you can review your music on your computer with ease. This Tascam device allows you to edit your sound so that each file can be cleaned up and mastered to a respectable standard. You can connect with almost any type of computer so that you can complete the editing phase of post-production. In addition, this Tascam Digital Portastudio offers two-track simultaneous recording for more productivity. The front panel’s main channel strip section contains track assign buttons for the A and B inputs. When you use these features with the given track arm button, you can direct the manual signal from either input to either or both tracks.Additionally, these buttons can be used to activate or disable their respective inputs at the same time. When each input is activated, its signal can be heard through the main analog line outputs for your convenience. Whether the track is armed or not, you can listen via digital outputs or even headphone outputs for enhanced control. Added benefits of its disk management capabilities are the ability to change the center frequencies for each channel.
