Bankrupt Fashion no longer lists any items on eBay and we haven't created any new listings since November 2019. We will be closing our shop down on eBay, hopefully very soon, and will stop selling altogether.
 
Any item for sale when we close our eBay store and stop selling on eBay will no longer be available to purchase but will be available elsewhere. Whilst we have been on eBay for more than 5 years we feel the current conditions on eBay and payPal are unsuitable for us to continue but we will still be fully active and selling online.

Current terms and conditions
 
All items will be shipped promptly once paid. Items paid for before 1pm CET will be shipped on the same day (working day) and after this time the next working day. Delivery is usually 3 to 5 working days for the EU and around 7 to 14 working days for the rest of the world. Customs charges and delays will be subject to the country of the buyer. These delays are not the responsibility of Bankrupt Fashion but all orders will be sent using registered airmail and will be fully tracked online with insurance included as standard. A tracking number will be sent to the buyer once an item has been posted. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged or broken the buyer must contact Bankrupt Fashion within 48 hours of delivery. Pictures of the item's packaging must be sent and all packaging retained to allow a claim. The damage caused to the item must be both in pictures and in writing along with a full statement of fact with the buyer's full name and address and date of delivery and damage in the claim. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery for damaged items caused during delivery will not be accepted.
