TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following before you bid on or buy any of our items, so that you are clear as to our terms of sale. We aim to answer any queries within 24 hours
PAYMENT & DISPATCH
All payments must be made by PayPal
Items cannot be collected in person.
We generally ship on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Anything paid for by 9am on the day of shipping will be included. Thereafter it will be included in the next posting day. Occasionally, these days may change, but we always ship twice a week unless our holiday settings state otherwise.
POSTAGE
Our postage and packaging costs are designed to be fair.
To reduce cost we use some recycled packaging and send by the cheapest carrier.
All items are sent via a tracking and/or signature-required service. We will not, under any circumstances, send any items by a service that does not have proof of delivery

INTERNATIONAL
We will ship most items worldwide – there are rare occasions that international postage is not available due to the nature of the item and this will be stated on the listing.
Items weighing over 2kgs will need to be shipped via a courier – if this is the case, please contact us for a quote before buying or bidding.
All Overseas buyers are responsible for checking their countries import laws and for any import duties and taxes levied.
SHIPPING VIA COURIER
Items over a certain size or weight will need to be shipped via a courier. Our prices shown are for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland only. For any other parts of the UK please request a price before buying, as our usual courier may not deliver there.
In addition for delivery to postcodes beginning IM, HS and ZE an additional charge of £2 to the postage cost will apply.
RETURNS
UK BUYERS
If you wish to return the item, please contact us for details of where and how to send it. If the item is faulty or not as described, please return with original packaging (where included) and we will refund you in full, along with the return postage. If the item is as described but you no longer want it, please return in original packaging (where included) and we will refund you the original purchase price, but not the return postage. All returns must be notified to us by message within 14 working days of receipt.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We will only accept the return of items that are not as described. If this has been agreed, please return with the original packaging (where included) and we will refund you in full, along with the return postage. All returns must be notified to us by message within 14 working days of receipt.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Any Items Damaged in transit- please contact us before returning item.
PROBLEMS
If you have any problems with a transaction, please contact us first to resolve it before leaving negative feedback or low scores and we will do our best to put it right.
It is our wish that you are happy with our products and our service. We aim to describe the condition of every item we sell as accurately as possible and highlight any faults there may be.
Items sold as Vintage will be in Vintage condition and not As New Condition. We aim to describe any age-related imperfections accurately.
If an item is described as needing a clean, please take the time to clean it, before deciding there is a flaw.
NON PAYMENT
A case will be opened after 5 days of purchase if we have not been paid.
However, if you are having trouble making the payment or there will be a delay in doing so, please contact us as we are happy to work with you as best we can.
