Seller made a shipping label but never delivered to USPS. Had to contact seller who wrote they did not have this book but I could choose another. Very upset at that remark. They made no attempt to contact me. Next they said I would get a refund after I replied I did not wa t a sinbstitute for my original order. When the refund never came through, Evay had to refund me on eBay guarantee. EBay said the seller did not respond to their inquiries.

Seller never reached out to any update of my order. However, he/she issued a tracking number and a shipping date at the initial purchase. After four weeks and requested a cancel, seller still go awol. Ebay stepped in and refunded my money.
