1. Introduction
Evescrafts is committed to providing first class customer service and satisfaction. To ensure there is no misunderstanding on how our service works we recommend that you take the time to read the following terms and conditions that you are agreeing to when you shop on our eBay shop. Please note we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
 
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the statutory rights of any purchaser.
 
2. General
 
We reserve the right to change any product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications.
 
Please be aware that different computers reproduce colours in different ways which means it is not possible for us to give an exact colour match on all products. Any measurements given in our listings are approximate and are given as a guide only.
 
3. Orders
 
All orders are subject to availability. If any goods ordered are not available you will be offered an alternative or be given a full refund for the product in question.
 
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided at the time of order, in particular if your item is to be personalised.
 
4. Shipping
 
We aim to ship all non-personalised orders within a maximum of 4 working days although most are shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
 
Personalised items: Due to the time it takes to personalise these items it can take an extra 3-4 days for them to be shipped. Any dates quoted for delivery are given as a guide and we will not be liable for any delays to this date.
 
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries, however we reserve the right to use a different courier if necessary. It is rare that we will do this but if this is the case we will ensure that the delivery timescale is the same as that stated on the listing so there will be no delay in you receiving your order.
 
5. Intellectual Property
 
The content, design and layout of the pages within our eBay shop are protected by copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights.
 
For all uses of our content or images you are required to obtain our written permission, please email ehwalker@blueyonder.co.uk with any requests.
 
6. VAT
 
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate of 20% unless otherwise specified. A VAT invoice for your order can be produced upon request.

We shall have no liability for delays or failures in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered resulting from force majeure, including but not limited to, war, strikes, shortages of labour, fuel, power, raw materials, industrial disputes, transportation disruptions, inability to ship, flood, fire, explosion or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
 
8. Complaints
 
We pride ourselves on providing the best service and products to all our customers and we hope that your experience with us is a good one. However, if you have any issues with our service or our products then please let us know. No matter how small your issue may be we want to know about it so that we can make things right and also improve our service in the future.
 
To get in touch please contact us through eBay. We will do our very best to respond to you on the same day however please give us 72 hours to look in to your complaint.
