    Item is as described, arrived promptly, and works fine. Brand new as described. I had misunderstood that this does not have SL/SR buttons, but this is clearly shown in the picture and in description. Comtacted seller about this and they graciously offered several alternatives, however I decided to keep the controller in the end. It looks great after all! 10/10 for customer service, a great experience despite my own mistake.
