Ben Watches is a leading London-based online luxury boutique watch dealer with over a decade of experience in the industry. We specialize in sourcing Audemars Piguet, Rolex, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille and other major and independent Swiss and German brands. We buy, sell, trade, consign and offer advisory services.
 
All of our watches are inspected prior to being listed for their authenticity and good timekeeping order. Where stated, Ben Watches provides a limited 12-month warranty on the movement of our watches. Watches still under the manufacturer’s guarantee may not include an extended warranty on the movement. The watch/ pocket watch is sold in the condition it is in at the time of sale. The images of the listing also form part of the condition for the item provided. Please note that since subsequent repairs and restoration work may have resulted in the replacement of original parts, we do not guarantee the authenticity of any individual component parts, such as wheels, hands, crowns, crystals, screws, bracelets and wrist bands, since subsequent repairs and restoration work may have resulted in the replacement of original parts.
 
We do not store any inventory on our premises and we meet clients strictly by appointment only.
 
Please contact us prior to making the Buy it now purchase for pre-approval. Payment must be made within 7 working days of purchase. Prices are displayed and/ or referenced in Great British Pounds (Sterling). We are also able to accept payments in U.S. Dollars, Euros and Swiss Francs.
 
We aim to ship orders within 1 working day of cleared payment. However, due to high order volumes, this may take up to 3-5 working days. All orders are shipped via Express delivery, tracked and fully insured. The buyer is liable for any and all import tax and duties that are levied by countries outside of the United Kingdom.
 
Ben Watches offer a 7-day return policy in accordance with distance selling regulations for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping costs, VAT fees, customs fees and similar, provided that the item is returned in the exact same condition it was supplied in.
