If a private buyer wants to return an item due to their mistake, no longer needing it, or they don't like the item etc we will refund for the item but not the postage. If the problem is down to our mistake or the goods are faulty etc we will refund the postage as well on those orders. We adhere to and go beyond the consumer contract act. Royal Mail does not see an item as missing until 14 days have passed from dispatch.
Once an item is posted we not liable for any delays that may occur in Royal Mails systems.

If your item has not arrived within 14 days of purchase please open a case for the item not received and we will look into it. We ask you to open a case so eBay is aware of the problem.
