These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and our Terms and Conditions do not affect these.
 
Foloowing terms and conditions apply to our regular e-shop and are the same for our e-bay e-shop where applicable.

1 - General
1.1 - We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
2 - Order process (does not apply for e-bay orders)
2.1 - All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2 - The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement. If any details need to be discussed we will contact you via e-mail immediately.
2.3 - Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. We will not send any goods until all details are cleared. In case of questions you are obliged to contact us immediately after confirming the online order.
2.4 - A product which is out of stock at the time we receive an order, will be held as a backorder. Any backordered products will be shipped when they become available to us. If a product is no longer available, that product will be cancelled and where required a refund will be issued. If a product is not on stock, we will contact you immediately via e-mail to discuss details.
2.5 - Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
2.6 - Any products on the same order, which we have not confirmed in a despatch confirmation email to have been despatched, do not form part of that contract.
2.7 - By submitting your order you are allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying them (including passing your details on to couriers).
2.8 - We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.
2.9 - While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
2.10 - For items with a future release date, the price may be subject to change between the time of order and the date the item is despatched. If we discover a rise in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the revised price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund.
If the price is lower on the release date, your order will automatically be adjusted to the lower price.
2.11 - Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
2.12 - If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please rc.store.cz@gmail.com immediately.
 
3 - Delivery
3.1 - We aim to deliver the products to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery time. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Store RC shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
3.2 - Express delivery to continental EU destinations is usually 48-72hrs, although not guaranteed. All financially cleared orders are despatched the next working day.
3.3 - Our FREE Express Delivery applies to orders despatched in their entirety. Where an order is for more than one item and one or more items are temporarily unavailable resulting in a despatched order value under 450 EUR, the order will be shipped on a Standard Service.
3.4 - International orders, as a rule, are shipped using a trackable and insured carrier service.
3.5 - You should inspect the products when you receive them for defects or damage. Any items delivered by courier which appear to be damaged must be signed for as such or refused and returned to sender.
3.6 - If you find a defective or damaged product please inform us as soon as possible, in order that we can resolve the matter with minimum delay. All damages need to be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
3.7 - Any damaged in transit item must be returned to Store RC, if a replacement or a refund is to be issued. (see Returns)
3.8 - Non-delivery of an order needs to be reported to us within 7 working days of the date of despatch. Despatch of your order is confirmed by e-mail and this indicates the date of despatch.
3.9 - If an item has been lost in transit, we may not despatch a replacement item immediately. Resent or Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion or subject to availability, once all tracking and investigative avenues have been exhausted. This may include waiting up to 30-45 days from despatch for undelivered mail to be returned to us, depending on the delivery country.
 
4 - Cancellation of Order and Returns
4.1 - As a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
4.2 - You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting on the day after the day the products are delivered to you.
4.3 - You must return the products to us at your own cost or you may ask us to arrange collection, which will be chargeable. We advise you to ensure the products are well packed and adequately insured during any return journey that you organise.
4.4 - We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the products, less any costs we may have incurred for collection.
4.5 - Please remember that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the products, which should be in as new condition.
 
4.6 - Returns
4.6.1 - New Items - Refund / Exchange
If you make a purchase from Store-RC but upon receipt of the goods realise you have ordered the wrong item, or you have just changed your mind. Simply return the goods, unused, in the original packaging and within 14 days for a full refund or replacement. There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you would like our help and advice in choosing an alternative.
/ Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
/ Goods must be in original packaging.
/ Goods must not have been fitted or used.
/ Goods must be accompanied with a copy of your receipt and a note detailing the reason for return.
/ Do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.
/ We cannot refund any postage charges under these circumstances.
/ We reserve the right to deduct a handling fee for any items returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition.
Exceptions:
/ No refunds or exchanges on Special Order, Custom Built or Bespoke items.
/ No refunds on Pre-Owned or Ex-Display items.
/ Shipping charges are non-refundable. (However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you have returned an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective or damaged.)
4.6.2. - New Items - Packing Errors or Damaged in Transit
We do aim to get every order we despatch correct. However, we are only human so may make a mistake on the odd occasion! If we have sent you an inncorrect item which differs from that listed on your receipt we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item (for large or high value items, please contact us and we will arrange a courier uplift)
If you should receive an item which has become damaged in transit, please inform us as soon as possible. Any damaged in transit item must be returned to Rc Store if a replacement or a refund is to be issued.

4.6.3 - Faulty or Damaged Goods
All goods purchased from Store-RC are covered by a manufacturers warranty. The duration of the warranty may vary from product to product. A warranty will generally cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, water ingress or general wear and tear, etc. If you feel that an item you have purchased from us has developed a fault then please contact us before returning it as most problems can be resolved through a telephone call or email.

If the goods need to be returned
/ Goods must be clean and not covered in dirt.
/ Goods supplied with a manufacturers warranty card must be returned with this completed in the event of a warranty claim.
/ All returned goods should be accompanied with a copy of the receipt and a note detailing the problem/reason for return.
/ Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer!

5. Shipping
We use several carriers in order to provide you with the right to optimise the shipping costs. Please see the shipping info in order to obtain full info on shipping charges
 
6. Payments
All international orders will be done based on prepayment. COD is allowed to Slovakia (postal parcel) only.
Upon receiving an order a proforma invoice will be sent via e-mail to the customer stating all necessary information (bank transfer details, paypal details, shipping info).
