DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
 
All our items are delivered by courier (PARCELFORCE 24 Hour service or Royal Mail Delivery Services) by post to the delivery address provided at the time of checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we will endeavour to deliver the goods within the delivery frame time that applies UK (domestic mainland only) orders include free next working day delivery via a fully trackable service

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
 
If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and same condition as sent within 14 days. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including postage and packaging. Within 14 days of purchase, we will cover the postage after the above period we will not cover for the postage this applies for repairs or replacement for order placed over 30 days as well.

All machines are supplied with our 30-day Money back guarantee After 30 days faulty goods will be repaired or replaced with goods equal or greater in specification. As above, we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
All our products are sold with 6-month standard warranty unless stated 12 months
The warranty only covers any hardware issues kindly note warranty does not cover burn break & liquid damage/software’s issues or tampered warranty stickers (repaired from elsewhere) Applebite2ndbite is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs and it’s your sole responsibly to ensure the backup of date Accessories come with product like charger, cable, plug or headphone only cover for 30 days.
Any accidental damage, liquid damage, damage with mishandling of item or due to pressure on screen damage does not cover under warranty.
 
Faulty products
 
If your item develops a fault within the warranty period, we may offer repair or an exchange for the same, or a similar product, depending on our current stock. If we don’t have stock available for an exchange, we order faulty part and it may take some time to do so.

Serial numbers of all parts and products will be verified against the returned item/s. If the serial number/s of the returned item/s are found not to correspond with the original serial number/s, no costs will be refunded.
Any form of investigation, intervention or repair undertaken on your purchase by any party other than Manufacturer will result in the invalidation of the applicable product warranty, and a return will not be accepted and no costs will be refunded.

You might never know buying online without seeing the product. I opened this after it arrived with an open mind. I had read the quality reviews and I have to say they are all correct. This lap top is in very good condition. Arrived as described quickly and well packaged. Other laps tops were selling for a little cheaper and no where near the quality of this. For example it has had just over 100 charge cycles , others on eBay were over 500. This company clearly takes pride in what they sell
