Returns Policy

You must contact us prior to returning any items, otherwise your return will be rejected.
 
We will refund the purchase price of the product(s) excluding any additional postage costs, providing you return the item(s) and packaging in the same condition as dispatched. If the item(s) are not as described or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange a replacement or refund, quickly and efficiently.
 
You are responsible for the return postage cost which is non-refundable. Please ensure all items are returned in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and protective bags, however small as originally supplied by us. Items that are refused delivery or are not collected from the Royal Mail Delivery Office within the required time frame following an attempted delivery and are subsequently returned to us at our cost will be deducted a non-refundable return shipping fee up to a maximum value of £9.99 per item.
 
Once we have received the goods back, the refund will be issued as quickly as possible, usually within 2 working days, through the original means of payment i.e. PayPal, Credit/Debit card.
