Payment
 
After winning an auction or Buy It Now purchase you must complete payment immediately, if no payment/contact has been made within 2 days of purchase unpaid item case will automatically be opened. We can be flexible but Buyer needs to make contact first. (We allow a maximum of 5 working days to complete payment unless agreed differently).
 
We take non-paying bidders very seriously and reserve the right to report any non-payment or fraud to collection services and credit reporting agencies. We also may pursue any losses occurred by the business in relation to non-paying bidders
 
eBay now offer consumers a variety of payment methods (see eBay managed payments page for more information) Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, Bank Transfer or Cash on Collection for items being collected. All transactions will be subject to fraud checking and delivery will only be made to the registered verified eBay addresses. Delivery to an alternative address will be available at our discretion.
 
UK Mainland and International Postage
 
Shipping price listed on eBay is for Mainland UK ONLY. Other locations will carry additional costs based on courier zonal charging.
 
Where items are listed with free postage, those destinations will only be to UK Mainland. Other locations may incur an additional cost.
 
For Ireland including Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands (Or any Zones considered to be outside Zone 1 UK Mainland or which come under different zonal charging). International shipping you must contact us PRIOR to bidding to see whether it is possible for us to ship to your destination. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Almost majority of our items are sent tracked/signed for. All items MUST be checked before being signed for. Your signature verifies receipt in good, undamaged condition. Any damaged items signed for cannot be refunded or exchanged.
 
FOR COLLECTION ITEMS: All items being collected where they are listed for collection only, we will only accept cash/bank transfer payment upon collection of item, strictly no Paypal or Credit Card. Any payment made via Paypal will be refunded and the option to pay for item on collection given. If you do not accept this please do not purchase item. Unfortunately we have had to implement this due to the fact that although most eBay buyers are genuine we have had to deal with multiple fraudulent Paypal transactions.
 
Warranty
 
Warranty varies on items, please refer to listing details or contact us for more information. New parts will specify length of warranty either from ourselves or manufacturer.
 
N.B. People have different opinions on condition when describing used parts. Always view the listing pictures carefully, and if you have any queries please contact us prior to bidding / buying. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will be happy to help!
 
Returns
 
If the part has been ordered incorrectly then you must return it to us at your own cost. Any cost incurred in shipping the part to you will be deducted from the sale price of the part or refund amount. You must contact us within 48 hours first before returning and this must be done within 14 days of receiving the part.
 
All our parts where stated are tested and inspected before selling and in most cases marked in a variety of ways. Any parts returned which are found to be tampered with or replaced with faulty exchanges will not be refunded and any losses incurred of actions of fraud will be pursued further at our discretion.
 
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will also refund the postage costs.
