Shipping --- We offer three shipping options for your convenience: economy, standard, and expedited.

The delivery time depends on the destination and the manufacturing location of the product. Returns --- We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. European Union VAT & IOSS --- The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use since 1 July 2021 to comply with the VAT (Value-Added Tax) e-commerce obligations on distance sales of imported goods.

From 1 July 2021, all commercial goods imported into the EU from a third country or third territory is subject to VAT irrespective of their value.

The IOSS allows suppliers and electronic interfaces selling imported goods to buyers in the EU to collect, declare and pay the VAT to the tax authorities, instead of making the buyer pay the VAT at the moment the goods are imported into the EU.

VAT payment is applicable only to purchases made by a buyer within the EU and for goods valued at less than EUR 150.

Goods that are shipped in a package amounting to more than EUR 150 will be taxed at importation instead. Limit each of your purchase orders to within EUR 150 to avoid customs delay and detention.
