Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für dieses Angebot
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. We wait 3 days for payment. W/o receiving payment in this time, we treat the order as cancelled by the buyer.
2. We ship up to 3 working days after receiving payment.
3. Invoices are provided via email.
4. We issue invoices based on the data provided at eBay check-out. Please input it carefully. Subsequent change of the data for properly issued invoice (i.e. from non-business to business customer w/ VAT ID) may not be possible. Even if possible, we’ll charge a fee for extra accounting work the change requires.
5. Once the package is shipped we are not responsible for what's happening w/ it (i.e. lost, delayed, held by customs), but will assist customers as much as possible.
6. For items shipped outside of the European Union (EU) custom charges may apply and/or the package may be delayed due to being held at customs. For late packages please contact your country's customs service first, before contacting us.
7. In rare occasions the package is delayed or missing we do not send the item twice or refund until claim process is resolved w/ postal provider. This may take a couple weeks. We keep customer up to date on the status of the claim process.
 
RETURNS POLICY
1. The client covers the cost of shipping returned item back to us. Packages should be sent to the following address: CompoTec – Marcin Krugły, Plac Wojska Polskiego 151/m.7, 05-075 Warszawa-Wesoła, Poland. We do not pick up paid packages.
2. Returned item must be used and undamaged.
3. Money will be returned as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the package.
4. Per Polish consumer law, if you return an item we will refund the cost of shipping the item to you, but only to the amount of regular, cheapest shipping option available at the time of purchase.
 
CLAIMS POLICY
1. The client covers the cost of shipping claimed item back to us. This cost will be returned if the claim is accepted. Packages should be sent to the following address: CompoTec – Marcin Krugły, Plac Wojska Polskiego 151/m.7, 05-075 Warszawa-Wesoła, Poland. We do not pick up paid packages.
2. In the package w/ claimed item the following details must be included: detailed description of the problem, address to ship replacement item to, contact information (email and/or phone number).
3. We process claims as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receiving the package w/ claimed item.
4. If your claim is about reed valve petals, then the following additional details must be included: brand, model name/year and engine size of your motorcycle/engine as well as estimated number of engine hours w/ our reeds.
5. Cracking/chipping of reeds, even quick, is typical for some reed valve & motorcycle combinations (i.e. V-FORCE3* external petals in KTM EXC bikes) and may not subject to claim process. More details at our Facebook profile.
6. We do not recommend replacing single reed petals, thus we will be processing claims only when a set of reeds required for given engine was purchased.
7. We guarantee flatness of our reeds, but good mating w/ reed cage also depends on the reed cage design and wear. We will not be accepting claims if flat reeds do not seal properly due to cage issues.
8. Reed petal is wearable product, similar to breaks and tires. Wear rate is a function of multiple variables.
9. Small, local light spots through reed petal are normal and result from production process. Such spots, if present, do not impact operation of reed petal and are not a subject to claim process.
10. If you raised a claim w/ us you have 14 days to ship claimed item back. In particular, we will not be accepting claims for reed petals shipped weeks or months from the date of first contact.
 
*V-FORCE reed valve series is a trade mark of Moto Tassinari company. All other brands and/or names belong to their respective owners and are used only to show compatibility.
