Delivery - If cleared funds are received by 3pm on a working day (Mon to Fri, excluding holidays) most items are despatched the same day, if this is not possible we promise to either despatch your order within 3 working days or contact you if this is not possible. Paypal and Credit Card payments clear immediately, but please allow 5 working days for clearance if paying by cheque.
 
Returns Policy - At 1stMX we pride ourselves on our customer service. You can return any item to us within 14 working days of receipt for any reason and get a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. In addition, if the error is ours or the goods are faulty will re-imburse any reasonable return carriage costs you incur. If you would like to return anything or have any problems, please either call us on 01530 813000 or email us at returns@1stMX.co.uk and we will help solve any problem to your satisfaction and advise how to proceed. Unfortunately we cannot accept any goods where we have not been notified of a problem within 14 working days.
 
Measurements/sizing charts are always shown on listings for clothing items, shoes and helmets to help you select the correct size. If in doubt, please contact us before bidding.
 
Payment Methods - We of course accept Paypal payments, but can also accept credit and debit card payments. AMEX cards can only be accepted through paypal. If you want to pay by credit card please call us on 01530 813000. Alternatively you can pay using Cheque or Postal Orders. Please send them payable to 1stmx Limited, Unit 19, Workspace 17, Highfield Street, Coalville, Leicester. LE67 3BZ.
 
Queries - If you have any questions or queries please contact us through the ebay contact seller connection, this ensures the question goes through to the correct person and minimizes delays. We endeavour to answer questions within 3 working hours so if you email us at 5pm on Friday you will not get a response until 12 noon on Monday. If you have not had a response within 1 working day, please email us again as the ebay system is not perfect and emails can be delayed or even lost in the system forever.
 
Feedback - Our feedback rating is very important to us and we try our very best to provide a great service. If you have a problem with any of the service you have received from us please let us know before leaving negative feedback, we will always try and solve any problem to your satisfaction where possible. Carriage Charges - The carriage charges on the listing refer to Mainland UK Only. If you live in Non UK Mainland Areas, such as Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey or the Scottish Islands and Highlands, for example. Please contact us to confirm if there are any additional carriage charges before bidding. For Smaller items there should not be any additional charge, but any items over 2kg may have to be sent by courier and can incur much higher charges.
