We have a quick and comprehensive 30 DAY RETURN POLICY. No need to e-mail us, just file a return request on eBay and follow the procedures set out there. If you wish to return after 30 days from the receipt of the item has passed then contact us by e-mail at enquiries@iluvltd.co.uk
 
We do not guarantee same day dispatch. Dispatch times are affected by manufacturing complications and order volumes. If you require immediate dispatch please select expedited delivery at checkout and then contact us immediately after the payment has been made. We recommend that every buyer purchases tracking for their item.
 
We will only ship to the address supplied by eBay and we will not change the shipping address in any circumstances. If there is an inconsistency in the address supplied by eBay and if that inconsistency affects dispatch of your item we will always attempt to contact you by phone. If your phone number is invalid we will notify eBay of a breach of policy and we will attempt to use the eBay messaging system to contact you. If our second attempt to contact you fails we will hold dispatch until we can verify your address.
 
The buyer is responsible for the collection of a Click and Collect item. Please note that packages which have been sent back to us by E-Bay due to non-collection of a Click and Collect item will not be refunded unless a refund is requested expressly. Should there be an error in delivery on Royal Mail's part then we will evaluate the case and refund only in the case an error on our part or an error on the part of Royal Mail. We send all packages 1st Class Royal Mail.

We are bound by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel your purchase 14 days after the day you receive the item. Should this be the case then just mail us back the item. Your package to us MUST include your eBay receipt or a letter with your eBay info as well as the words REFUND and CCR written somewhere on the package. If this is not the case then your refund WILL take an extra day to process.
